Licensed in 1987, Beth started selling homes west of Boston (Framingham, Natick Sudbury, Wayland). In 2010, she moved to Boston and focused on the Boston, Brookline, and Newton residential marketplace.
Over time, Beth has successfully helped both buyers and sellers succeed in a variety of economic conditions – buyers’ markets, sellers’ markets, changing interest rates, etc. Each market is unique and requires a very different approach to have a successful transaction.
In addition to the Boston area, Beth has represented both buyers and sellers on Cape Cod. After spending summers with her family on the Cape, she has decided to move full-time to Cape Cod and join Compass Real Estate. Her focus will continue to represent both buyers and sellers in both the Upper Cape Cod (Bourne, Mashpee, Falmouth) and Greater Boston markets.
Her strengths are listening, providing vendor recommendations, negotiating, and offering superior customer service. Beth has conducted many seminars for the first-time buyer/seller, move-up buyer/seller, empty-nester, and senior buyers/sellers. Also, Beth has helped many remote buyers and sellers navigate their transactions by being their local representative and managing the entire transaction to a successful close.
Along with being a REALTOR®, Beth has earned enhanced certifications used to provide exceptional service including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Pricing Specialist Advisor (PSA), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
Originally from Cranston, R.I., Beth is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. Beth and her husband raised two daughters and have three grandchildren. When not working, she can be found on the water on a paddleboard or kayak and in the winter either baking, playing mahjong, or working with nonprofit organizations in the community.
