Carleen Addessi Baer earned her Real Estate Broker’s license in 1989. She has experience in both residential and commercial real estate in the areas of investment, lease negotiation, property management, marketing, construction management and space planning. Formerly with real estate developer Trammell Crow Company, she marketed and leased their first downtown Boston office building. She currently manages her personal portfolio of residential and commercial investments in MA and CT.
Carleen received a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Boston College. She worked at Xerox Corporation in sales, marketing, and sales management, achieving “President’s Club” distinction each year. Carleen gained further management and marketing skills at Tiffany & Co. where she was the Director of Corporate Sales.
